Good close-up shots of small data, reporting marks, service info, etc. A color reference that's based on Floquil paint charts and color chips. Be sure to focus camera carefully. Use 400 ASA film for a moving train shot if you are standing still. If the train is moving and so are you, you need to stop moving before taking the shot.

CAUTION: When you go 'railfanning' do not trespass on private railroad properties. Keep in mind that train cars on track can move and are dangerous. Observe all safety precautions possible!
