These 40’ standard box cars with sliding doors and no roofwalks are painted brown with green and white maple leaf herald, yellow wheat sheaf and white lettering. They were respectively built in June 1964 and January 1951, serviced in June 1985 and May 1987, and run on Bettendorf trucks. Identified for grain service, yellow wheat sheaf symbols were stenciled along with the “Repaired by…” message in both English and French. They were selected during January of 1980 for grain service refurbishing and renumbering and they were fitted with paper or wooden grain door inserts.
